More on Service Evidencing

I didn’t realize examples of service evidencing were quite so rare until I was faced with illustrating the concept for a project I’m working on. I posted about service evidencing last week but the only really clear, public example I’ve found is from a Live|Work presentation at Doors of Perception East in 2003.

Chris Downs provides a good explanation of the rationale in Chapter 6 of Designing Interactions (with a tiny example) and Stefan Moritz’s thesis Practical Access to Service Design rounds up some information on the technique (with the same tiny example) and there’s a brief description on servicedesign.org.

Surely there’s more out there. Can anyone point to other examples of service evidencing?
