Kip Lee and Jamin Hegeman – Designing for the Clinic Experience
Kip Lee and Jamin Hegeman are recent graduates of the Masters program at the Carnegie Mellon School of Design. As part of a team of graduate students, they collaborated on a service design project for the neurosurgery clinic at UPMC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Hi Jeff,
We have not met but its great that you included our project and an interview with two of the five team members. It was an amazing project. The other team members were Kara Tennant, Leanne Libert and me, Melissa Cliver. We will all be graduating 2009. I love your blog! I look forward to meeting you in SF
